For Virtual Presentation, you are asked to upload your presentation file (avi, mov, wmv, flv, or mp4) by Nov. 5. On the day, after broadcasting your presentation (15 min), we have a live-session for question and answer for 5 min. Further details will be announced later.

Only the registered person can participate in the presentation, and it is strongly prohibited to disclose the information obtained by the participation to a third party by posting it on SNS (e.g., Twitter).

No photography, videography, or other recordings (including screen capture/video/audio) is permitted from the viewpoint of protecting copyrighted works and intellectual property.

Participants should check the operation of Cisco Webex before his/her online presentations to ensure the session goes smoothly.

If an attendee violates the participant policy and/or acts disturbing the research presentation, the organizing committee reserve the right to disqualify the attendee and prohibit re-entry.
