Invited: 20 min including discussion
General oral: 15 min (10 min for presentation and 5 min for discussion)
There are two options for online presentation.
Live-Stream Presentations via Cisco Webex
(Prerecorded) Virtual Presentation
For Virtual Presentation, you are asked to upload your presentation file (avi, mov, wmv, flv, or mp4) by Oct. 10.
On the day, after broadcasting your presentation, we have a live-session for question and answer.
Poster presentations
The size of the poster board is 100 cm width and 170 cm long.
You can put up your poster on the board from Oct. 12, 2022 and must remove it before closing the symposium.
Pins or tapes will be available at the session site.
Participant policy
Participants must comply with researcher ethics regarding the handling of any pieces of information presented by speakers.
Only the registered person can participate in the presentation, and it is strongly prohibited to disclose the information obtained by the participation to a third party by posting it on SNS (e.g., Twitter).
No photography, videography, or other recordings (including screen capture/video/audio) is permitted from the viewpoint of protecting copyrighted works and intellectual property.
Participants should check the operation of Cisco Webex before his/her online presentations to ensure the session goes smoothly.
If an attendee violates the participant policy and/or acts disturbing the research presentation, the organizing committee reserve the right to disqualify the attendee and prohibit re-entry.
The application for participation should be made on understanding and agreement to the above participant policy.
